. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are available according to the announced packages within the app, and payment must be made in advance before the service begins.
• All payments are non-refundable after usage has started, except in cases deemed appropriate by the app according to its internal policy.
• If subscribing through installment payment services (Tabby or Tamara), the user is obligated to pay the installments according to the provider’s terms.
• Subscriptions cannot be transferred or shared with another person. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended without compensation.

2. Usage & Responsibility

• The user must adhere to the diet and workout programs provided by the app, and any deviation from the guidelines is their personal responsibility.
• The app is not responsible for any injuries or health issues resulting from improper exercise use or failure to follow the provided instructions.
• The management has the right to modify or update training programs based on the latest health and sports developments.

3. Cancellation & Modifications

• Users can request modifications to their training or diet plans by contacting Captain Fahd directly through the app.
• If a user wishes to cancel their subscription, this does not guarantee a refund of any previously paid amounts.
• The app reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user’s subscription if policies are violated or if the service is misused.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, including text, images, videos, and training programs within the app, is the exclusive property of Nitro and may not be reused or published without written permission.

5. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• The app reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of updates via the app or email.
